The talent "Judgement" in Celestial/Radiance states that it reduces all saves, but it does not correctly reduce mental saves. This seems to be because it reduces "combat_mindresist" instead of "combat_mentalresist" in the LIGHTBLIGHT effect.
Additionally, the Warped Boots fixedart also changes "combat_mindresist" instead of "combat_mentalresist", although given that they don't say anything about mental saves, this is only observable if you are reading the code.
