What is the best place to get Dark Swords

Is Dark Swords considered Magical or Combat in terms of treasure drops.

I.E am I more likely to find it in Paths of the Dead (where there are mostly undead that drop more magical) or Erebor (mostly dragons who drop more treasure/combat)

I think they are combat. They aren't particularly rare.

Cool, I'm now running with a Morgul blade - which is a bit sucky due to the black breath. I'm hoping for a dark sword of Nothingness soon.
I just completed the Necromancer quest so I'm on the hunt for the one ring.

I'm running a Vampire Rohanknight Archer, but I realised at some point that Zombie would have been a better sub-race - anyway, I'm hoping to have my first successful void diver ever (I might have had one long ago before it was Tome 2.3.5 - I remember going to the void, but I can't quite recall if I ever completed it.). Still missing Chaos, sound and Confusion resists, so I'm not quite set yet.
