[all versions] Hymn Nocturnalist description incorrect

Hi!

Hymn Nocturnalist description says: for 1 to 32, 43, 52, 60, 66 damage

This is incorrect, the talent is not doing a random damage (like e.g. Lightning talents).
It's damage is a normal darkness damage that is scaling with talent level & spellpower,
but at a given spellpower & tlvl it is constant.


Furthermore, the talent says: with a 20% chance of blinding.

This is also incorrect, the talent (damage type) has a 25% chance of blinding.
