@tabs
I can't lavish the player with too many "easy-to-access" natural attacks-- Your build has to "commit" to it somewhat for the sake of power balance. Besides, because of the diminishing returns on successive natural attacks, damage gains from a 4th, 5th, Nth... Natural attack are honestly negligible-- Unless you're a Hydra and can sorta ignore those penalties, of course.
Since Ritch has no natural attacks that ignore those penalties, you'd probably be better off focusing on only a small number of attacks, despite having enough dexterity to perform 6. If you insist however, "Stinger" is designed to be effective even when it's the last natural attack (since the blight it inflicts doesn't care about diminishing returns).

I don't care about natural attacks themselves, I need chances for Helmbreaker to proc.nekarcos wrote:@tabs

So, hunting pack, looks like flickering beast maybe?, looks like dreaming beast, something related to myths?

Finally won my Ritch game: https://te4.org/characters/190198/tome/ ... 9aef056ca5
I think it took about 6 turns to kill both final bosses. Major hurdle for Ritch seems to be mobility, since staying alive requires you to be in melee range.
Oh, and entering one of the hidden vaults in HP will reset your Ferocity. That kinda sucks.
Edit: Killed Linaniil. Doing 8k+ per bump and healing for any percentage of that is silly. Won't attempt Ata because I have no means to dispel the reflection.

I really hope you said "DIE monster!" as you encountered The Master...
RE: Final Bosses
Good. Ritch does not believe in long fights-- Only short ones. In my original test run, I killed both in 3 attacks (barring the turns I spent applying "Inflame" and other damage-amplifying effects)... So I'm quite happy with this result.
RE: Hidden Vaults reset Ferocity
Hm. I'll see if there's an "elegant" way to solve this.
RE: Killed Linaniil
Alongside the incoming changes to War Hound, Ritch may be affected as well, both positively and negatively. One of the negatives are that Hungry Eyes is being toned down a bit, so there won't be so many crazy critical hit numbers. On the other hand, I'm considering improving the damage scaling of Natural Attacks-- Particularly towards the early and late game periods. I've been testing these things a lot on War Hound, and the boost to bumping power doesn't seem TOO unreasonable. However, my tester was quite eager to show me THIS:

Presented: A "Pin Down" --> "Jugular Gouge" combo with 400% hunting
Needless to say, I need to strike a nice balance between good and NOT earth-crushingly powerful. We'll see how that goes.
Edit: Oh, and PS-- I'll add your character to the hall of fame. It may perhaps be the last one for Version 5.

Is there any way for Therians to get some natural attacks? I was trying to do a Therian drake and... it was kind of weird to be an axe-wielding dragon. XD

Many talents add "additional" Natural Attacks when you learn them, I expect you could probably get some of those.

@Almonihah
@PseudoLoneWolf
That is, in fact, the ONLY way to get Natural Attacks for a Therian-- Asides from certain Artifact combos or Consumable effects-- And yes, this is, indeed, intentional!

Allright, Flutter is absolutely ridiculous if you build for it.
With a category point, Lucky Day and maxed Rabbits Foot, I was able to achieve roughly 95% projectile evasion while testing.
If I had taken some luck from escorts, I'd have probably hit 100%. Say goodbye, annoying archers.
The ~150 accuracy penalty can be mitigated by Wild Swings, or just by being a Flamespit build.
EDIT: Some testing later, it appears you need just short of 85 luck and a category point to hit the 100%.
This can easily be achieved through the following: maxed Rabbits Foot, Lucky Day prodigy, one level of Summoners Bond and three escorts (or two and the halfling foot)

Although I don't think that counts things like magical rays, so that might not end up helping you much later on. Could be wrong.
Also, the lucky day prodigy isn't really good. Doubt it is worth the boost. Could be wrong.

Well, if you saved all the escorts and found a serendip. amulet, you could also do this with without the prodigy.
But yeah, non-projectile attacks aren't blocked.
But hey, it still completely negates archers and mostly negates TW and corruptors.
