Quest for angolen npc didnt spawn

I am trying to beat insane and once in awhile the guy that you give a magic item to doesnt appear on the map, and i can not do the storming the city quest. How do i resolve this? I am on a pretty good start right now and really dont want to start over the game.

If you are anti-magic, then I think Angolwen is inaccessible (not sure what happens if you complete that quest before you become Anti-magic). Other than that there might be a bug.

Are you using any addons... or playing Temporal Warden/Paradox Mage? If so, did you do their starting zone?

i am temp warden yes, and no i skipped the first quest

Sometimes when you beam down you make the poor guy disappear. Though I thought that bug was squashed.

this really upsets me. is there anything i can do to respawn him or am i just boned this run on that quest? VERY disappointing if so. Console command to spawn him in maybe?

You can't really fix that. But then again that quest REALLY is super optional if you don't want the Antimagic version reward. Ignore it and you'll not really feel the difference.
