medical injector message when used by monster

When a rare/named mob has a medical injector it spam uses it. This gives the same message in the center of the screen the player gets when they use one, 'Medical Injector selected to be used first by salves.', and because the cooldown on selecting injectors is one turn the message can almost permanently stay up until you find the mob and kill it.
