Can't access profile ingame and profile doesn't get updated

Hi there,

I already posted this on the Steam discussion page but I don't get any answers, so maybe you can help me. I'm not a native english speaker so please don't get mad about any mistakes.

I got an issue with the game. I bought it in Steam, started it and clicked on "Login with Steam". After logging in I click on the link to my profile, it's:
http://te4.org/users/chris_coffee
But then I get the message "Page not found". When loggin in on the website of the game I get to my profile page:
http://te4.org/users/chriscoffee
I guess the issue is the underscore. How can I fix it?

The next problem it that on my profile page there are no stats on it. The only thing I can see are my characters. Does my account get any updates and unlocks? And how can I update the profile and see the latest stats? I mean the things in the "View" tab like Time Played, Achievements, Unlocks, Top 10 Killers, ...
