pets and companions
I'm a new player. And I do not understand haw work pets. Can explain me it. And when I read scroll of recal, my pet dont teleport with me. What I need to do with that.

Pets can't follow you from level to level. If you turn them into companions they will do so (this requires putting 12 or more points into the Monster-lore skill). There are also co-aligned monsters (like the eagle uniques that occasionally show up in the mountains). These can not be controlled and never follow you to another level.
You can issue commands to pets and companions using the "P" command.
I recommend that a new player not use pets or much magic. Instead, play a stupid, powerful warrior character (like a Zombie Rohan Knight Swordmaster- put points into Swordmastery, Combat, and Antimagic) until you get a better idea of how to handle the basics of playing the game. When you can reliably get through level 10 of the Barrowdowns without getting killed, you can think about trying something else.
Personally, I find pet-centered characters boring. It is easy for a high level Summoner to summon a pack of Great Wyrms of Power and then go hide in a corner while they clean out the level. I get tired of sitting with my finger on the rest key.
