Problem:
In recent versions(probably after b43, but I'm not sure) players don't have means of sustaining fearcape for long enough, probably about 10 turns max, while corruptor NPC's like Grand Corruptor can sustain it almost infinitely.
Why?:
In older versions when you reached 0 vim you still could sustain fearscape and cast all you like with bloodcasting. Now you cannot do so because bloodcasting only works when you have 0 vim left which means end of fearscape. Corruptor NPC's on the other hand usually have like 400 vim left with all their sustains up while player has about 10-20 on level 30 with maxed vim capacity. Even if player shuts down most expensive sustains like bone shield they'll have about 100 vim which means that they can cast 4-5 spells before fearscape ending which is just not worth it considering they'll have 0 vim after that.
Solutions:
1) Make blood casting always use HP instead of vim. Yeah, that will allow fearscape to heal you immediately, but that's still not as powerful as what NPC corruptors do.
2) Or make fearscape and flames of ur'hok use way less than 180 vim. Not sure if it'll significantly help because NPC corruptors still would be way stronger than players in fearscape.
3) Make fearscape timed ability like dreamscape instead of being a sustain.

Personally I think that making fearscape active instead of a sustain is the best solution since it'll make fearscape duration comparable of player and NPC corruptors and more predictable.
