I split out stuff like the Spell / Temporal changes into Nullweaks, a separate addon.

That addon also contains my ideas about Inscriptions.

I've uploaded this via the in-game Steam Workshop uploader, but I don't see it in the "ToME Steam Workshop" area yet -- just my own personal workshop area.

I just downloaded and moved Nullpack v26 to the appropriate folder, and now, whenever I try to start a new game, the engine hangs at 100% on the loading screen, and part of it flickers.

How?
The game writes a log whenever you start it up. The log's location depends on your platform, and maybe depends on Steam as well.

If you can't find your game log, post your platform and version and whether you're using Steam or not, and we can try to work out where it is together.

The issue is that you have Nullpack installed twice, so it's conflicting with another version of itself. The solution is to remove the older version.

Did you install once via Steam subscription and once with a downloaded version from te4.org, or something like that?

I think I installed an older version by mistake. I then deleted it from /game/addons and then moved the new version into there. Did I uninstall the addon correctly?

Edit: Both files were obtained from te4.org

Yeah, just delete whichever one is older, then start a new game. That's all it means to "uninstall". :)

Problem is, the error keeps occurring. Even after I delete the old nullpack.teaa from /game/addons and insert the new version into that same place, I get the same issue I described above when trying to start a new game.

Do you have any other duplicate addons?

From your previous log, I think you might have Arcanum and Midnight installed twice as well... sort your directory by name, so duplicates are easy to find, and remove all the old ones.
