[1.0.4] Ruined Dungeon Issue

I cruised into the dungeon with an Oozemancer and was happily destroying everything in sight. Start the orb sequence only to discover that one of them wasn't active. I have no idea how, but either killing the guardian didn't trigger the orb, the dungeon was missing a guardian or it somehow teleported into the sealed room. I've been through the entire dungeon multiple times, even going as far as to put points into Earth's Eyes to map the whole thing out. Nothing.

Thoughts?
And it was such a good idea...

Happened to me as well. It was when i was about to finish the ruined dungen first time ever (about 1.0.1 i think), so i didn't know what's going on. Possibly the rare is scared and remains invisible, or as you suggest teleported to the sealed room, though it should not be possible.

Well, my character got thrashed by the Master in Dreadfell, so I'm gonna try it again.
And it was such a good idea...

Well, went through it and everything worked out just fine. I'm thinking that maybe it was a one-time issue with my previous save.
And it was such a good idea...

Sorry for the necro, but I knew this had been reported before so I didn't want to make a new post about an old issue. I've run into this problem before on a previous version, now I have it again on 1.0.5. I was Tracking through the dungeon the whole way, so even before I could be potentially spotted (and scare something away) I could see that I was missing a guardian. I was hoping for something invisible, but throwing around AoEs hasn't turned up anything.

Coincidentally, both times this has happened to me have been with Archer characters. I don't really see why that would matter, but there it is. The first time it happened the missing guardian was the upper-right guardian, this time it's the guardian that should spawn in upper-left.

I don't imagine there's anything to do about it at this point (for my game anyway), just wanted to say that whatever causes this bug is still lurking somewhere. If I need to post/email anything to anyone, just let me know.

Confirmed, I just ran into this bug in 1.0.5 aswell - as Oozemancer. Missing one guardian, digged whole level, nothing found.

Also confirming. Ruined dungeon is a 50x50 zone, and I had track range 40ish, standing in the middle of the room, no enemies outside of the vault. Had a dreaming horror in one room instead of a guardian.
