Blind affects Preternatural Senses

#1 Post by Mushroomhermit »

Not sure if this is a feature or a bug but blind prevents Preternatural Senses (Cursed Talent) from 'sensing' enemies.

I believe this is intended. Despite the talent description, Preternatural Senses gives you a bonus to penetrating stealth and invisibility, not an automatic ability to sense all enemies.

Preternatural Senses is the Cursed ESP talent, not the Cunning/Survival boost seeinvis talent.

If it was an ESP talent (outside of the stalked victim) there would be no need for a boost to stealth/invisibility detection.

It is definitely a form of ESP/All in a small radius.

It does not use the usual ESP mechanics though, because it has an entirely different ESP radius. Perhaps it was designed to allow Stealth/Invis to still function.
