How do you close fearscape invasion portals?

How do you close fearscape invasion portals?
I went inside, killed everything, got a 'You stopped the invasion' pop up. Returned to Vor Pride, and things are still rapidly spawning from the portal. Did I miss something?

It's a bug; report it on the Bug Reports forum. I've seen it, too. Really annoying.

Well... when you first step on it you get an option of "enter" or "seal"...
