replace adventurers/patrols with fixed "brawling" locations

problem:
current wandering hostile adventurers don't add anything fun and can potentially spoil a promising game

proposed solution:

1. remove wandering adventurers/patrols
2. add new "brawl" locations near zigur and derth
3. players entering the "brawl" locations get a dialog box saying "do you want to fight adventurers/zigur patrols?"

if they say yes proceed with the ambush like it works now

Under the best circumstances current adventurers just waste player time waiting for them to move from a location you want to get to, under the worst circumstances they are random instant death

Also the current adventurer system makes them noob traps until the player realizes to stay the hell away

I usually just kill them. Occasionally it's the reverse but I haven't lost a lot of characters to them & actually find them quite fun & interesting. Also useful for collecting potion ingredients & other useful items. There's an add-on that turns them off anyway.
