[b42] Solipsist Conversion bug maybe

Not sure if this is a bug, or intended.

The healing effect from the Solipsist Conversion talent wont trigger the regen effect from Fungus trees Fungal Growth talent.

Minor heals don't trigger it, but I'm not sure what counts as "minor".
