[b41] Double hitting projectiles

Projectiles are double hitting if a target moves to the square where the projectile is.
This is very easy to reproduce with a void wand (Void Blast): Cast Void Blast on any direction and move to the projectile, there will be 2 hits, works if you get a monster to move there too ofc.

*bump* still in b42. Observed with projectiles I'm firing as a corruptor.
