[b40] Torques of Mental Clarity don't work
Pretty much what it sounds like. I went into the Maze, I took a torque of clear mind to deal with the Minotaur, activated it as soon as I saw him, and then it completely failed to keep me from getting confused. I had 21 M. Save to his 37-ish P. Power too, so it didn't get used up protecting me from brainlock.
