Torque abilities should use psi
I think torque talents, since they're meant to be a psionic thing, should use psi, not equilibrium. In general, all the talents granted by charms should use a resource appropriate to the charm type. Totems = Equilibrium, Torques = Psi, and Wands = Mana.

... Sorry 'dox mages, celestials, afflicted, and corruptors?
Maybe next time.
Of course we could give 'em voodoo dolls or something, but honestly it'd just water the playfield down way too much on loot.

Well, I suppose you could have wands that granted abilities that ran off of Vim or torques with abilities that ran on Hate. But then you'd have people with huge piles of resource bars.
<Ferret> The Spellblaze was like a nuclear disaster apparently: ammo became the "real" currency.

Hmm, but we HAVE that already. The +1 abilities (eg: a torque that +1s silence) use the associated resource as it is now, and give you an extra bar.
