[b31] Ring of Misery exploit

Rings of misery can be exploited to give you an extra free attack on enemies that are approaching you. Simply activate them when the enemy is one step away, the enemy will close the distance, then you hit it with Bleeding Edge. You will still have your normal turn immediately after that.

Isn't this true with any artifact that has a targeted effect? I know I've exploited those weak fire-bolt throwing gloves the same way at long range -- when an enemy is about to step into LOS, I'll activate them, hit them with the fire, then hit them with another ranged attack, letting me blast the enemy twice without their getting a chance to do anything. Very useful against enemy casters.

Yup, same as every other activated item. Rush can be made useless in the same way.
