Xorn farportal boss causes no exit to be generated

Hello.
I was on the third level through the exploratory farportal with my level 26 Dwarf Berserker, and the boss was a Xorn.
The levels walls were made of sand. I killed the Xorn while he was inside the wall. His loot dropped on an empty tile next to him. However, no exit was generated. I tried digging the wall where he died, but there was no exit there either. My berserker was stuck inside that world and I had to resort to my backup save.

If this happened in b27, this is know and fixed, if this happened in b28 .. damn :<

Well I am in Torigas 4 and there is no boss to be seen at all.
I have Burning Star to magic map with, so I did not miss any small area unless it is VERY far from the stairs.

Is there a way out here?
