Death chat messages (SVN)

They're showing up as %s has died to %s instead of showing the appropriate string.

In what condition ? It looks good to me

The print in the gamelog was showing "%s had died to %s" instead of "Test has died to Bill."

Yhea but I tried killing stuff and I see the correct message :) What did you kill ?
