A few forum changes

With the permission of our benevolent Administrator, I have made the following changes as of 7/28/2006:

The following users have been removed from the Moderators list: Zz, Teber, fearoffours and Maylith. They have been removed due to inactivity and also to make it so that if users have questions, they know who they can direct them to. I have also restricted myself to just the Behind the Void and ToME forums, since I have no knowledge of the T-Engine or ToME Net.

In addition, in an effort to further assist feathin and crack down on spammers on our beloved fora, I have added a visual confirmation to the registration process. This just means that upon a new registration, new users will be prompted to type in a visual code that will appear in a box. This should help with the increasing number of spam accounts that are created.

If any of the Moderators wish to be reinstated, PM me and I will add you back into the Moderators list.
