Game freezes at 100% loading screen

Using tome through steam or without, my game locks up when I select New Game after it reaches 100% on the loading screen. Log attached.

Forgot to include specs:

WIndows 11
Intel Ultra 7
64G RAM
Nvidia RTX 5070Ti
