[1.7.6] Paradox Mage with severe Resource bugs

Main Problem: Okay, so I was in Gorbat Pride as a Paradox mage and I started noticing that my Paradox was unexpectedly low, despite numerous ability uses. I then started some tests and have realized that paradox could only ever be gained through Tuning and the Reality Smearing sustain. I maxed out paradox using Tuning and even at 100% chance, it would never trigger anomalies. Additionally, I have staff training and Channel Staff did not cost mana, so that is also a bugged resource. This is quite the problem because I can't even set my paradox to a reasonable value to simulate the mechanic, since the check is being skipped.

Attempted Methods of Fixing: I have tried going to main menu and back, activating and disabling sustains, casting many differing abilities, restarting the game, changing zone by hex and or teleportation, taking off all items and entering/exiting the world map.

Bonus, Unrelated Problem: Speaking of said Staff training, I am not a natural mana user and thus periodically switched on an item to regenerate it. Having missing mana at first appeared to give me a bug with my resting which would make it infinite, but I disproved that by maxing my mana and then trying again. This bug is not as big of a deal as I can intentionally trigger cooldowns to allow auto explore and thus did not think it warranted a separate post.

It's likely you got force_talent_ignore_ressources flag stuck at 1 (or higher). Generally this happens if a lua error interrupts something.

If the flag is the cause, it's very ez to fix with manual editing. Just holler for me in the ingame chat when you're around
