[1.7.4] Terrain that acts warps time

If there is a loose sand wall in the zone (usually in Sandworm Lair) which has collapsed (was dug by whatever), a turn will actually take 110% of the usual amount.
This can clearly be seen by digging a wall while a long cooldown (20+ turns) is going on and then just waiting. (Note: you need to remove the burrowers via devmode or you won't have a comparison since they'll keep digging walls)

IMPORTANT EDIT:
This applies to any terrain that acts (loose sand walls, Stone Wall, dreamforce walls, Meteoric Crash, ...)

IMPORTANT EDIT 2:
This also applies to traps that act (e.g. any timed trap, triggered beam traps)
