[1.7.4.] Some Psyshot things

Hi!

I just realized some bugs or weird things with Psyshots:

1., Psionic Mirror:

This part is not a bug, but the talent does not ignore cross-tiers.
So you can clear the extra Brainlock, instead of the actual mental debuff.


EDIT: ofc, if the talent would not be able to remove the cross-tier, that would be a huge nerf.
So imo it should be similiar to e.g. Chants, so just automatically clears the Brainlock, apart from
the number of detrimental effects.

However, there is a bug with the talent too:

I checked its code, and it was made in a bad way. The talent copies
ALL of the mental debuffs of the actor on the enemy, no matter how many it has.
The clearing part is okay.

This is funny, at tlvl 1, i can apply 10 mental debuffs back to a cursed.


2., Blunt Shot:

While other steamtech talents uses Steampower as apply_power,
somehow this one talent uses Accuracy for apply stun.


3., Embedded Restoration Systems:

This was coded in a really weird way, imo it does not harmonizes
with the talent decription at all.

You have to have an enemy in LoS & then break the LoS in order to trigger it.

E.g. if you step into a Trap and took ~50% of your max life as damage, it will NOT trigger.
You are standing there, fully damaged and the ERS just let's you be damaged, bleed, so on...

Or: if an enemy shoots you with a Fireflash from range ~15 ...
You take 1500 fire damage ... and ... the system does nothing.

The talent desc says: "Your cloak is lined with an automated health system that activate when no enemies are visible."

So this is not true, and just frustrating.

Imo it should simply trigger, if there are no hostile actors in LoS.
