[1.7.4 AoA, Ashes] use_force_worn is incorrect for Wheel of Fate and Spellhunt Remnants

The use_force_worn field is supposed to block items that could break Swift Hands from being stored there.
This works fine for all items except two:
- Spellhunt Remnants has the use_force_worn field inside of use_power, instead of outside, allowing them to be Swift Hand-ed regardless.
- Wheel of Fate does not transfer the use_force_worn field when rerolled, allowing you to Swift Hands it after rolling it once.
