When the player chooses a race and create a Wanderer, and then inputs a Wanderer seed, they will receive a warning if the seed was created for a different set of DLC/addons (that adds talent categories which appear on classes that the chosen race can use). This is done by using the randventurer_fingerprint.
But there's no warning if the seed was created for a different set of unlocks, even though the Wanderer seed can give a different talent set if the set of unlocked classes (and talent trees for playable classes) is different. (Only classes that are playable as the chosen race matter.)
I think adding this warning would require that the set of relevant unlocks be included in the randventurer_fingerprint. (And maybe the seed creator's chosen race, too?) And I'd expect that would make old seeds no longer work. So I don't know if you'd want to add this warning. But if you did add it, it would be helpful for some people who try to play on the same seed and aren't sure why they're getting different talent trees. (I've seen this happen.)
