[1.7.4]Staff bonus doesn't get passed on to Aether Beam

I am playing an aether mage, and unlike my Manathrust, my Arcane Vortex, and my Aether Breach (which are all working as expected), my Aether Beam is doing the same amount of damage whether my staff is set to +arcane or not (although the damage in its talent description updates correctly).
