I don't think Phase Pulse works at all...

I'm playing a Paradox Mage and the ability Phase Pulse is supposed to cause damage after a teleport but I can't seem to get it to do anything. I check the enemy and it shows no damage. The log reports nothing.

It's possible that this is just me being ignorant and/or stupid but... I don't think it's working at all.

Phase Pulse does not deal damage.

It "deals" Random_warp damage type, what is a detrimental effect apply.
(25% chance for Stun, Pin, Confuson, Blind)
