[1.7.3] Forbidden Tome + post-DF Orc ambush

Using either Day It Came or View from the Gallery after beating Ukruk & his merry gang causes the game to have a stroke upon returning, making it think you're perpetually in the ambush and next time you die, it procs the "ambush fail" event, despawning all enemies on current floor and giving you 1 million damage shield.
