[1.7.3] Dreaming my dreams achievement börk
Dreaming my dreams (complete both dreams in Noxious Caldera) seems to be a bit broken and can't be gained on a new character if you've already gotten it once on that specific difficulty/permadeath. This causes an issue for people who reset their unlocks and thus can't gain the achievement again & unlock Solipsist.
