[1.7.6] Range Amplification Device on Cursed(afflicted)

The range bonus does not affect Blindside, Reckless Charge, or even Dominate.

I forgot to check Preternatural Senses or Cursed Sentry, but It does work on Gloom, Instill Fear, Panic, and Ruined Earth.

It also doesn't work on Healing Nexus but that one might be intentional, the only thing questionable there is that it behaves the same as Ruined Earth with a large AoE centered on the user.
