the icon won't move
No matter what I do the status icon UI won't be moved when i unlock UI

When you click the Lock/Unlock button, you should see a message on the main screen saying that the UI has been disabled. Each UI element should then also display a cross icon, which you need to left-click (to move the linked UI element) or right-click (to scale it).
In the case of the status bar, the prompt to left/right click may be over-ridden by the status box underneath the cross. However you should still be able to left/right click on that cross and make the changes you want.
