1.7.4 - my worm that walks got nuked

I was in the worm that swallows you from the world map. In the last room i got the bright idea to walk through the wall and got stuck. In the rounds it took to cool down my growth to walk back out of the wall, both the escort and my worm died, then i killed the brain. Then i exited. I didn't get the achievement - whatever to that, bit weird that she was capable of dying at all, but there you go.

But now my worm is permanently dead. I can't resurrect it with the skill and it's not coming back on its own. I am not sure what to do other than post about it here and quit playing that character until someone can take a look at it.

The worm could be resurrected normally on second attempt.
