[1.7.3] Infinite loop of vaults?

Having just installed 1.7.3, playing on Normal Adventure mode, I chose to delve into a Grushnak Pride hidden vault that I previously entered and ducked back out of (so the entrance was marked as a "collapsing hidden vault"). After clearing the place I went back to the exit. Instead of being sent back to the respective Pride level, I ended up in a completely new vault. This kept repeating and I ended up going through like ten newly generated vaults, sometimes landing in odd places like in the final room surrouded by dragons, before I escaped with the Rod of Recall.

I believe I've also observed this bug in a Pride too.

Another similar instance has to do with chests. I went through Reknor once and skipped all chests. Later I came back, reopened the chests and fought any spawns inside. After another revisit I the chests somehow resetted and I got the same items from them.

Also encountered this bug, similar circumstances to the opening post. In Grushnak pride level 3 I accidentally entered a vault I had already cleared and exited normally before. It was the vault with tough orc trainer bosses in small rooms, each one accompanied by a unique bear. As I left by the stairs the second time, I was taken to the door of a sleeping dragon vault, from there to the last room of a horror vault, from there to the middle of a lightning vault. So not even taken to the stairs.

Here's the log of the turn I exited the horror vault and found myself in the next one. I made a save backup of this situation in case it's needed.

Also, a similar situation to what trungaczne mentioned happened to me with the bringer of doom pedestals in the old forest. Returning there I could examine them again if I had been away from the level, enemies always appearing. There was also a graphical glitch, the pearly light looking sort of flattened, in the middle of the pedestal. That was in 1.7.2 so I didn't report it separately, but this could also be related.
