Afflicted effects' visuals sometimes remaining on the player

Hi!

Usually/mostly this happens with Agony & in Heart of the Gloom.

The effect is gone, but the visual psycho-circles remains.

Update:

The afflicted visual bug definately happening everywhere, not just in Heart of the Gloom.

It happened with me when fought against a Cursed rare.

One big red circle, that is shrikning, then goes back to it's full size.
