[1.7.2 Arena] Outdated runes

In the Arena gamemode, the bosses Fryjia, Riala and Rej have outdated runes, leading to them spawning with less inscriptions than they should.

To add to this, Ryal (the bone giant boss) can spawn with infusions.
However, he can actually use infusions, despite being undead.

Amusingly, two of the bosses had "fire beam rune" for as an inscription option, which isn't just outdated, it's not a rune at all (it should have been "heat beam").

I opened a merge request to update the bone giant to have only runes, changed the one frozen spear rune to a biting gale rune, and changed the erroneous fire beam runes to shiny new shatter affliction runes (they are bosses after all ).
