[1.7.2] Glowing chest items

Hi, I noticed that sometimes I can see items not picked up from opened glowing chests.
I attached screenshot where if I auto-explore it will take me to level start/end, but not pick up items.
Since there is no crash, I cannot attach error logs ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I have this save where I can reproduce it, any idea how I can debug this or even if auto-explore supposed to pick them up?
