Underflowing the Jolt

Not sure if this has already been reported/fixed, I found this bug because I was alerted to it via the Discord.

If you are wearing the Jolt and get hit by mind damage (enough to trigger the Jolt) while you have 0 effective mindpower, the lightning retaliation will underflow, instantly healing the enemy to full.
