Statistics are not updating

Not actually a bug, but I'm experiencing problem with main site. My statistics are not updating. New characters appear, but achievements, "top ten killers", last login etc. are same (from year-and-something ago). Can I fix it somehow?

Got the same problem and would appreciate it if someone helped me and the other gentleman out.

it's been registered for several weeks now and it's still "awaiting recalculation". I've noticed that quite some time ago, tried resetting the profile, only it won't work. There are other newbies in chat and their accs, sometimes with 1-2 hours of play, are already updated.

I am also experiencing this. On the users page it says Last connection: 2020-09-10 23:09:51, but I've played a lot for the last two weeks (and also today).
