[1.7.2] Craftsman's Eye blindfight bonus doesn't work

In the Blacksmith tinker category, Craftsman's Eye says it should provide the blindfight bonus(no penalty against invis/stealth enemies) at rank 5. However checking the code, there's not a single mention of this(unlike the other 2 which do provide the size and fireburn immunity), and after some testing ingame I confirmed it didn't do anything. I went to the krog unlock area and fought the necros that keep going invis there, using 71accuracy against their 45def, I was able to constantly hit them when they were visible, but miss constantly(dozens of times) when invisible(0 see invis).
