Drem Annihilators, Gunslingers and Psyshots don’t always start with the Automated Portable Extractor. Getting one can take a lot of rerolls — and I’ve never managed to get there quicker, by dying and restarting the same character: always had to create new ones.
Drems are a favorite for many players, and few combos look as cool as Drem Gunslinger or as fearsome as Drem Annihilator with exoskeleton, but this bug does discourage people to play them when going tinker. This would be a very welcome fix for next updates.
