Endless woes prodigy doesn't have a cooldown

I don't know why but i can trigger endless woes every turn. There are no crashes, lags or popup messages. Everything else works properly except for the cooldown of this prodigy.

You're using outdated version of improved rest/autoexplore addon would be my first guess.

It's true that i am using an outdated version but even though i updated it nothing happened. I tried deleting the addon but it's still the same.
Does it not work for already created characters? Don't wanna replay.

No clue if updating the addon would fix the toon created with the old version.
