[1.7.2] Writhing One "Decaying Devourers" never frenzy

Decaying Devourer summon of Writhing One never frenzies (and thus never uses their 2nd talent, Frenzied bite) because Gnashing Teeth in talents/misc/horrors.lua on checks for "if target.name == "devourer" then" to see who to apply the frenzy to and summoned devourers are called "decaying devourer".

Conversely this also means that naming your own character "devourer" applies this frenzy to you too.

In addition, the bleeds applied by their talents seem to do little-to-no damage (we're talking minuscule amounts here: 371% bleed over 6 turns is ticking for 0.63 damage)
