So as I played my Demo and got further into the game, I ran into more frequent and more annoying slowdowns, like after every turns it'd take a second, sometimes 2 or 3 full seconds to process. It only really started full force around when I went to the east the first time and was really bad in prides/eruan/slime tunnels. It surprisingly wasn't so bad in High Peaks however(the only real difference I can think of is I wasn't using Demon Seeds much in there since I skipped a lot of monsters and the ones I killed I specifically avoided using it unless they were floor guardians or randbosses).
At the end of the playthrough, doing all T1s, T2s, Halfling, Dreadfell, Reknor, Vor Armoury, Briargh, Tannen's Fearscape and Tower, Elven Ruins, Prides, Eruan, Slime Tunnels and Peaks(so very little optional stuff), my savefile is almost 300mb in size. For comparison since I run roughly this route on every other classes, I generally get 40-70mb saves on other classes. Only close one is Stone Warden sitting at a whooping 200mb, I assume because of stone clones, but it wasn't really slow like this one either.
I'm not sure if uploading the save somewhere would help troubleshooting that or if it's pointless(and I'd need to find a place that can host such a big file I guess). I did try reverting to the old dlls/exes for the turn lag fix but that didn't help for this at least. It also wasn't doing it early on so I don't think it's necessarily related, on the other hand I don't know if it's tied to demons since I used demons a lot early+demon seed, meanwhile lategame I killed them all so they wouldn't hit me with their spells and pretty much never summoned anything as a result. I cleaned my inventory(more than usual even), including throwing away all the useless seeds so I only had like 15 total or so, so that shouldn't have been a problem either.
