[1.7] Infinite rest

Hey all, I am playing a Writhing One and I just killed the Worm Dragon(Forgot to get it's actual name) in the tentacle forest. I realized after I leveled up my rest to never ends, even though all of my abilities and life are ready. The rest works for a few turns and then just doesn't stop. I thought it was the gloves I got but it seems to only stop resting if I have a skill that is already on cooldown.
