[1.7.0] Animus / Reaping

This sustain works as it gives the boni for each soul breakpoint.
But if i disable the sustain, then the boni are still there (if i have the souls).
So, it behaves like a passive.

Iam a Yeek necromancer with only the ZOmnibus addon pack installed.
