Possible bug report?

I picked up the two-handed trident "River's Fury" which has an effect of Glacial Vapor (an AoE cold attack) and I am getting damage from it. Is that supposed to happen?

Yes, Glacial vapour has self & friendlyfire
Friendly Neighbourhood Moderator, moan at me for a teleport if ya get stuck.
