Player character themselves and other turrets seem to receive the buff properly however. On a related note, Lightning Web talent from the same category seems to work fine and affects both the player and all allies.Using your Block talent surrounds you and your minions in a static barrier for 4 turns, increasing all resistances by X%. If an enemy deals damage to you or your minions, the barrier will shock them for X% of your shield damage.
This effect cannot damage the same target more than once per turn, and will not interact with Counterstrike.
You now also use your Cunning in place of Strength when equipping shields as well as calculating shield damage.

Mecharachnid, Guardian turrets and non-Annihilator summons (f.ex. from trinkets like Summon Tentacle) don't receive Static Shield temporary buff from Annihilator's class talent Static Shock.

Also Mecharachnid related: noticed that personally piloting the thing via Annihilator's skill makes enemies take no damage and keeps throwing errors each turn.
